Xander, along with his wife Zoë, started focusing their attention to social justice in 2015, founding the refugee aid organization When We Band Together.
Billy Watterson is Director of Galaxy Gives, the Novogratz Family Philanthropy. Prior to joining Galaxy Gives, Billy was Program Director for the Rhode Island Office of Innovation where he led the State’s digital equity initiatives. Billy is a board member of Beat the Streets Providence and One Community LLC, and an advisor to the Helena Group’s Urban Planning Division and Govern for America.

Pratap spent several years at Google, where he helped launch Chrome, the Google Workspace business unit, and Google Domains. After Google, Pratap led product and operations at several venture-backed startups before starting his own startup studio.
