Prior to joining Galaxy, Xander was a serial entrepreneur focused on consumer social productivity technology in the San Francisco Bay Area. He was a founding team at both Complete and Kifi (acquired by Google), followed by a short stint in venture capital. Xander, along with his wife Zoë, started focusing their attention to social justice in 2015, founding the refugee aid organization When We Band Together.

Caroline is the Director of Events and Programming at Galaxy Gives, leading on building space, events, and programming for our social justice community. She is Scottish-born and New York–based, having lived and worked in India, Guatemala, South Africa, and the UK. Prior to Galaxy Gives, she worked for non-profits of all shapes and sizes, most recently at Global Citizen where she was the event director. Caroline's passion and experience is in producing campaigns, events, and initiatives across the world to further social justice initiatives.

Billy is a board member of Beat the Streets Providence and One Community LLC, and an advisor to the Helena Group’s Urban Planning Division and Govern for America.

Mohnish Mehta is the Head of Finance and Operations at Galaxy Labs. Prior to joining Galaxy Labs, Mohnish utilized his superpowers as an early stage builder to help various companies including Aera VC, Montserrat NY, LGD by Mark Ingram, Breathing.ai, Oxford Valuation Partners, and Incite Studio get to get to the stage they are at today. Mohnish is a graduate of Babson College and is an entrepreneur at heart.
